2. Orders & Payments

  • Payment Methods: We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Prepaid orders via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash may be arranged upon request.

  • Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation message (SMS/Email) will be sent upon order placement.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.

  • Order Refusal: Customers who refuse COD orders without a valid, documented reason (e.g., damaged packaging) may be blacklisted from future purchases.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Partners: We ship via TCS and PostEx.

  • Timeline: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or high-demand periods.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

4. Returns & Fraud Prevention Policy

To ensure the authenticity of return claims and protect against fraudulent activity, Urban Autos enforces a strict verification process.

A. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Important: To be eligible for a return or exchange due to "Damaged Product," "Wrong Item," or "Missing Parts," the customer must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video.

  • The video must show the shipping label clearly.

  • The video must show the sealed parcel before it is opened.

  • The video must clearly show the entire opening process and the condition of the product inside.

  • Failure to provide this video will result in the immediate rejection of the return claim.

B. General Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is verified as ours (via the unboxing video).

C. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without a valid unboxing video.

  • Items showing signs of installation or use.

  • Customized or clearance/discounted items.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on UrbanAuto.shop (images, product descriptions, logos, and designs) is the exclusive property of Urban Autos. Unauthorized reproduction or "scraping" of our content for other commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Urban Autos strives for 100% accuracy; however:

  • We are not liable for minor typographical errors in pricing or descriptions.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
