At Urban Autos, we take great care to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards before they are shipped. To maintain fairness and prevent fraudulent claims, we have implemented a strict verification process for all returns and exchanges.

1. The Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule

To protect both the buyer and the seller, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video for any claim regarding missing items, physical damage, or "dead on arrival" products.

  • The Video Must: Show the courier flyer/label clearly, show the parcel is still factory-sealed, and show the entire opening process until the product is revealed.

  • The Consequence: Without this video evidence, Urban Autos reserves the right to reject any claim of damage or missing parts. This is to ensure that the product was not damaged after delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We accept requests within 7 days of delivery under the following strict conditions:

  • Unused Condition: For auto parts, "unused" means the item has not been installed, bolted, or powered on. Any signs of grease, screw marks, or mounting scratches will void the return.

  • Original Packaging: The product must be in its original box with all protective foam, manuals, and plastic wraps intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from UrbanAuto.shop must be provided.

3. Inspection & Verification Process

  2. Physical Inspection: Once we receive the return, our technical team will inspect it for signs of use or tampering. This process takes 7 to 10 business days.

  3. Decision: You will be notified via Email/WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.

4. Refund & Store Credit

  • Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved, it may take up to 30 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the bank or wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash).

  • Partial Compliance: If an item is returned but the packaging is damaged or small accessories are missing, we may offer Store Credit only, with a deduction for the diminished value.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was confirmed to be ours via the unboxing video.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly Non-Returnable:

  • Items returned without the mandatory unboxing video.

  • Electrical components that have been plugged in or installed (due to risk of short-circuiting).

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."
