2. Orders, Pricing & Payment Methods

  • Payment Processing: We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide across Pakistan. Alternative prepaid options via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash can be manually processed upon direct customer request.

  • Currency & Taxes: All prices displayed on our storefront are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

  • Order Confirmation: A binding contract is only formed once an order undergoes verification and a confirmation notification (via SMS or Email) is successfully dispatched to you.

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled strictly within 12 hours of placement. Once a package has been processed and handed over to our courier partners, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • COD Refusal Protocol: Customers who refuse delivery of a COD shipment without a verified, documented, and justified reason (such as visible physical damage to the outer shipping parcel) will be permanently blacklisted from making any future purchases across our network.

3. Shipping & Logistics

  • Courier Partners: To ensure reliable delivery, we partner exclusively with premium logistics networks, including TCS and PostEx.

  • Standard Timeline: Transit times generally range between 2 to 5 business days following order confirmation. Please note that regional delivery delays may occasionally transpire during peak holidays, severe weather, or high-demand operational periods.

  • Shipping Fees: Delivery charges are dynamically calculated at the checkout terminal based on your specific geographic location and total package weight.

4. Returns & Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect our business from fraudulent claims and maintain the integrity of our inventory, Urban Autos enforces a strict, multi-layered claim verification process.

A. Mandatory Unboxing Video Clause

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund under claims of a "Damaged Product," "Wrong Item Received," or "Missing Parts," the customer must provide a single, continuous, and completely unedited unboxing video recorded at the exact moment of delivery.

  • The video footage must clearly display the printed shipping label, tracking number, and order details prior to opening.

  • The video must explicitly prove the outer parcel was completely sealed and untampered with before opening began.

  • The video must show the continuous opening process and the immediate, raw condition of the physical item inside.

  • Failure to provide this video will result in the immediate, absolute rejection of the claim.

B. General Return Metrics

  • Any formal return or exchange process must be initiated within 7 days of verified courier delivery.

  • Products must remain entirely unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and must be returned in their original, pristine retail packaging.

  • Return Shipping Fees: The physical cost of return shipping is entirely the financial responsibility of the customer, unless our fraud prevention team formally verifies an internal error on our part via the mandatory unboxing video.

C. Explicitly Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item submitted without a qualifying, unedited unboxing video.

  • Items showing clear signs of handling, vehicle installation, cosmetic scratches, or mechanical use.

  • Customized items, special procurement orders, or items acquired via clearance/discount promotions.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary elements hosted on Urban Autos (including, but not limited to, product photographic assets, custom descriptions, source code, logos, layouts, and brand designs) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Urban Autos. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial duplication, or digital "scraping" of our assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Urban Autos strives for 100% operational and administrative accuracy, please note:

  • We hold no liability for minor graphical errors or typographical mistakes regarding product descriptions or pricing.

  • We are not legally responsible for logistical delays, service disruptions, or transit errors caused entirely by third-party courier companies.

  • In all situations, our maximum legal liability is strictly capped at the exact purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

7. Policy Amendments

Urban Autos reserves the right to modify, adjust, or completely rewrite these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued utilization of our storefront following any published updates formally indicates your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
